My name is Bella Borgese, and I am the founder of Casa Bella. I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, where Casa Bella is based, and I have always loved this state, its communities, and its real estate. Both of my parents worked in residential real estate, so I grew up seeing how homes can create opportunity, stability, and long-term value. As a second-generation immigrant, I also saw how real estate opened doors for my family, which deeply shaped the way I think about ownership, investment, and legacy.

I graduated from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with an emphasis in Real Estate, then began my career in hotel acquisitions at Barings and real estate development at Greystar. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in underwriting, investment strategy, and how institutional investors analyze deals and create value. I am also a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, allowing me to guide clients through acquisitions with both institutional expertise and local market knowledge.

Casa Bella started with my first home in Cotswold and has grown into six owned properties with two additional properties under management. What began as a personal investment has become a platform that brings together what I love most: real estate, travel, hospitality, design, and people.

Casa Bella is supported by a trusted network of maintenance partners, housekeeping teams, accountants, lenders, investors, and local vendors across each market. Together, Team Casa Bella helps make every stay seamless for guests and every property feel cared for, supported, and positioned to perform.

My goal is to keep growing Casa Bella as an acquisitions and management platform, using thoughtful underwriting, elevated yet cost-conscious design, strong operations, and warm hospitality to help properties reach their full potential. I also believe in using AI and technology tools to streamline processes, enhance communication, maintain strong performance metrics, and consistently deliver five-star guest experiences.

At its core, Casa Bella is about creating beautiful, cozy homes that feel connected to the places guests are visiting, while helping owners invest in something tangible that can generate cash flow today and appreciation potential over time.
